RETURNS -

Due to the pandemic, we are taking extra cleanly precautions and following the guidelines provided by the CDC. We will do our best to continue our production in a timely manner following you order placement.

Julie Art Decals orders are 100% custom printed upon demand - meaning we print your order based upon your decal design choice following checkout. Therefore, all sales are final for reasons unrelated to quality defects. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you don't want it, don't like it, ordered the wrong size or prefer a different decal.

Julie Art Decals are fully inspected and recorded by our Quality Control Specialists (QCS), before packaged with care and shipped to you. However, if upon delivery you find an issue with your order, please Email us. Upon inspection in a timely manner, our QCS will determine reproduction of original order, ONLY Upon these conditions:

We must be contacted within 48 hours from delivery of any defects.
We require a photograph and description that clearly indicates the problem, including order number, your name and address product was original shipped to.
We will reproduce a new decal of the Same Design Originally Ordered, if our QCS verify that an error was made.
We require that you return 100% of the defective order before we reproduce a new decal of the Same Design Originally Ordered.
We will provide you with a return shipping label, if a return is required.
When reproducing an original order, we will do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
All sales are final.

We will not replace or refund lost or stolen shipments or damaged products due to shipping carriers negligence.
